At Valley Soil, we specialize in innovative programs and retrofits that save water, time, and money.

Founded in 2003 by landscape irrigation expert Eric L. Anderson, Valley Soil emerged to tackle the water supply challenges faced by a rapidly growing Southern California community. Our approach? Community-focused solutions, starting with free water audits for high users, followed by the installation of smart irrigation systems at little or no cost.

The results speak for themselves: participants in our program reduced their water demand by seven times compared to non-participants.

Since then, we’ve conducted over 8,700 audits and installed more than 3,500 weather-based irrigation controllers, saving a staggering 170 million gallons of water annually—enough to fill over 8,500 swimming pools.

While we started with landscape irrigation, our services now include indoor water audits and retrofits for everyone, from homeowners to municipalities. We tailor solutions to fit your unique needs.

As Landscape Irrigation Auditors, our knowledgeable staff is dedicated to ongoing education in the latest water conservation practices. Beyond smart irrigation, we offer data tracking for enhanced efficiency and cover indoor water use, including showers, toilets, and leak detection.
